Called Apple Support for the 3rd time ever. HomePod wouldn’t recognize my voice. Instructions provided by the support person bricked our HomePod…woohoo. So I went from a partially working HomePod to a non-functioning HomePod. Awesome. 🍏 #customersupportfail
