Vimeo Disappoints

I am so disappointed with Vimeo right now. I have spent two weeks with their support crew attempting to get a CSV file with my 147 videos with download links. They keep sending me a file with only 47. And since I started the ticket my paid account has expired so I can’t see all my videos.

I started paying for Vimeo 12 years ago because I wanted to support a superior product. Since then YouTube has improved their system so video quality is the same on both platforms. I continued to support Vimeo because I just didn’t want to give in to the Google machine. However, now I’m second guessing myself. I’m assuming I’d have no issues retrieving my original videos for 12 years from YouTube, but have yet to do so with Vimeo.
